Tara Rials
Showroom Manager
Originally from Hiawatha, Kansas, Tara attended Washburn University and has been part of the St. Joe Bath & Kitchen Idea Center team for the past year. She specializes in the analytical side of every project, working closely with homeowners, plumbers, contractors, and designers to keep selections and details organized from start to finish. Her favorite part of the job is building relationships with clients and helping make the selection process feel easy and enjoyable.
Outside the showroom, Tara loves spending time with her husband, Danny, and their two kids, Mia and Sammy. Whether they're out exploring together or spending a Saturday antiquing, family time is her favorite way to recharge. And yes, her go to coffee order is always an iced caramel latte with an extra shot of espresso.
Ella Bruner
Showroom Designer
Originally from Savannah, Missouri, Ella graduated from Pittsburg State University with a bachelor's degree in Interior Design and a minor in Construction Technology. Creativity has always been a part of who she is, but her passion for design truly came to life after helping her family completely renovate and flip three homes from the ground up. Seeing the transformation from demolition to a finished home is what confirmed she had found her calling. She believes design is often silent. The best spaces don't ask for attention, they quietly tell the story of the people they're designed for.

Ella specializes in 2D architectural plans, elevations, detail drawings, 3D renderings, specifications, finish selections, and designing across a wide range of styles. Outside of the showroom, Ella enjoys long walks, experimenting with new recipes, and perfecting homemade coffee creations.

Whether you're building, remodeling, or simply gathering ideas, we'll help you compare products, explore finishes, and make selections that fit your style, needs, and budget. Be sure to bring your measurements, plans, or inspiration photos. Appointments typically last 30–90 minutes and are available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

PERSONALIZED SPECBOOK
To simplify your project, we'll compile your selections into a customized specification book complete with product details, finishes, model numbers, pricing, and quantities. This allows you to review every selection in one organized place, making it easy to approve changes before anything is ordered. Once finalized, you'll receive your completed spec book to use as a reference throughout your project.

We handle the details, simplify the choices, and provide the support you need, so the process feels less stressful and more inspiring from beginning to end.

APPROVE & DEPOSIT WITH UPDATES
We'll work with you through any selection changes until everything feels just right. Once your selections are finalized and your deposit has been received, we'll place your order, coordinate directly with our manufacturers, and carefully manage every detail from start to finish. Throughout the process, we'll keep you informed with order updates and estimated arrival dates. When your products arrive, we'll reach out to coordinate the next steps, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience all the way through.
